Frontend, React JS, Ionic (offline) $2000-3000

Project: US-based startup founded in Harvard Innovation Lab. The product: B2B construction materials marketplace with smart order fulfillment, order tracking, and order financing.
This is a new product – no legacy code.
Technology stack:
Ruby on Rails
React JS, Ionic framework, Capacitor
Important: the ability to work with little to no supervision; be flexible with working hours since the client is based in the US
Location: remote

What You'll Do
• Own several features: build some features from scratch, make changes to existing features;
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

What We Look For
• At least 3 years of experience with JavaScript, React JS
• Comfortable developing against RESTful APIs
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field

To Be Top 10%
• Familiarity with Ionic framework or other mobile hybrid frameworks
• Strong understanding of UX and Design fundamentals
• Basic Ruby on Rails knowledge or PHP knowledge or Python knowledge (backend is written on Ruby on Rails so it is a plus if you understand it)
• English: upper-intermediate

• Development and debugging tools like Git, Sentry, and Jest
