Production Engineer (security domain) (offline)

Responsibilities:
Create and maintain frameworks, systems & procedures to understand, control, manipulate, and scale all aspects of all our production environment infrastructure.
Identify and automate repetitive work
Build close relationships with the Software and Security Engineering teams, understanding their requirements, so that we can scale the production environment quickly and efficiently
Report on team metrics
Planning, goal setting, and tracking for team and individuals on the team
Prioritizing project work to align with Company goals
Exceed customer expectations

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer/SRE, preferably in a cloud environment
5+ years of experience coding in Python or Go, or other programming languages.
Demonstrable experience working in large, complex infrastructures
Experience in a fast-moving, high growth environment
Able to fly by the seat of your pants
Detail-oriented but able to see the big picture as well
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
