Required skills
— 5+ years experience in working as a DevOps Engineer
— 2+ years experience in team leading
— Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
— In-depth knowledge of AWS clouds
— Expertise in the architecture of typical CI/CD processes
— Proficiency in Linux and Windows OS administration
— Understanding of the DevOps and System Engineer typical tasks
— Excellent presentation and communication skills for customers and internal departments

Responsibilities
— Delegate duties and tasks within the IT department
— Create architectural strategies when building application infrastructure and development practices for all IT teams
— Review completed tasks to ascertain compliance with standards
— Monitor all team members and provide necessary advice and guidance
— Perform periodic risk assessments and initiate risk control strategies
— Coach all team members and motivate them to produce desired results
— Perform regular IT audits to discover areas of weaknesses and fortify them
— Work alongside other departments to achieve company goals and visions
