Senior Backend Engineer (Python, Ruby, Perl, PHP, and desire to learn Go) (offline)

Responsibilities
As a senior backend engineer, you will buil and own financial products. That means spending time with the head of the product to understand the customers' problems, assisting in product and engineering design, and organizing and working alongside other engineers to build and ship it.
Your day to day will include:
- Writing and reviewing code to push feature development forward on new projects.
- Designing technical approaches from a customer problem description.
- Connecting with the head of product to demo new updates and hear the latest customer feedback.
- Monitoring and instrumenting production applications for availability and correct functioning.

Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience building backend for customer-facing products;
- Experience with one of the dynamic languages - Python, Ruby, Perl, PHP, and desire to learn Go
- Experience with frontend programming, particularly with React.js or TypeScript is a big plus
