Sales Manager | Growth Opportunity in a Growth-Oriented Company (offline)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects via the established channels like LinkedIn and mass communication such as email, social media and phone calls.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects to build the connection, gather information about their project and identify their pain.
- Working closely with our tech team, prepare proposals for prospects.
- Negotiate contract conditions.
- Support clients after signing SLA (deal with invoices, check in once in a while, react to incoming requests).
Required experience and skills:
- Fluent English (intermediate and even upper-intermediate won’t work)
- Persistence, diligence and patience - we are looking for a “fighter”, who won’t give up after a few rejections and is ready for long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients and adjust the pitch for various client’s types.
