Senior UX engineer (offline)

Requirements
• 5+ years of Product Design / UX/UI experience, including UX research (preferably in high-load analytical solutions). Strong online portfolio available for viewing
• Proficiency with Figma or Sketch. Familiarity with prototyping tools. Knowledge of HTML, CSS is an advantage
• Up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and techniques
• Able to plan your work and deliver the production-ready design on time
• Can deal effectively with changes in priorities or ambiguity
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
• Experience working on design systems
• Always ready to learn and improve
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities
• Contribute to the design of the high-load analytical platform
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and data analytics to define user problems, create interactive prototypes, and launch new features
• Design the architecture, interface, and interaction flow of services that reconciles user needs, business goals, and technological trends
• Develop personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes
• Lead the design process, present and iterate design solutions
• Present and defend design solutions to your team and internal stakeholders
