Sales Manager for Upwork (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Active search and attraction of potential clients and business opportunities (USA, Europe);
- Facilitate sales and pre-sales activities;
- Writing proposals and bidding on Upwork and other b2b platforms;
- Building up effective communications with prospects;
- Search and analyze information on potential or existing customers and markets;
- Business communications and negotiation with current and potential clients;
- Working with technical staff to meet customer needs;
Create/update/maintain marketing materials (company portfolio, services, testimonials, profiles and etc.);
- Ensure CRM system has relevant, full and accurate information daily

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in IT Sales;
- Upper-intermediate(or higher) spoken and written English;
- Well developed communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Ability to learn fast;
- Proactiveness, motivation and honesty are must;
- Desire to learn and grow as a professional;
- Self-organization and time management skills;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Attention to detail: the ability to find the right information;

You have advantage if you have:
- Experience of working or studying abroad (US, Europe);
- Understanding of /Experience in Lead Generation and Sales processes;
- Understanding of SDLC;
- Knowledge of channels of searching for the clients;
- Experience of working with b2b (Upwork, etc.) platforms;
- Any sales or marketing experience;
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies;
- Understanding negotiation and sales process;
