Sales manager (+ Night Shifts) (offline)

Now we're looking for highly motivated individual to join our team in Kyiv office as Sales manager. Govitall is a lively environment that will provide you with the opportunity for professional growth, and you will have fun with us along the way

What you'll be doing:

- Helping our Marketing manager to implement marketing strategy;
- Market research and competitor analysis;
- Social media marketing and community management (facebook, instagram, quora, reddit, etc );
- Searching for marketing growth hacks;
- Creating content for blog and social media;
- Working closely with the design/marketing/product team to reach the company's marketing goals;

-What do we expect from a candidate:

- 1+ year of experience working as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Fluent English (B2+)
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics

Responsibilities:

- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
- Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
- Prepare and present reports when needed

Conditions of work:

Flexible working schedule:

Morning 08:00 - 16:00
Day 14:00 - 22:00
Night 22:00 - 08:00
2 days off per week
