Account Manager (offline)

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience working as Sales, BD, Account manager or Producer/Project Manager (in outsourcing companies);
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Ability to adjust priorities and manage time appropriately and wisely in a fast-paced environment;
Great organization, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English);
Possess skills in finding solutions to complex problems in a timely and calm manner;
Experience working and delivering to multiple stakeholders from internal and external teams;
Strong ability to maintain relationships with multiple clients and production teams simultaneously to keep both sides of the business satisfied;
Have a genuine passion for the gaming industry, either as a customer or through work experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:
Managing partner relationships by setting an industry-standard for timely support, regular communications, and prompt assistance with issues;
Define and achieve KPI goals for new customer acquisition and brand awareness;
Work with partners and collaborate with across departments to maximize the impact of partnerships;
Partner closely with internal teams to ensure excellence in execution across touchpoints;
Monitoring competition to identify new trends and best practices; theorizing and testing new processes/initiatives to create a competitive advantage;
Creating and owning reports and presentations to inform key internal stakeholders of the performance of the channel.
