Sales manager (offline)

Required skills:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal): upper-intermediate level or higher.
At least 1+ years of successful sales experience in outsourcing and/or outstaffing services.
Proven record of successful sales before.
Deep understanding of your ICP and how to create it.
Presentation skills; experience/ability to communicate effectively at executive levels; strong problem solver and negotiator, with excellent influencing skills.
Experience working with email outreach tools (i.e. reply.io, woodpecker, klenty, etc.)
Experience with various automation tools. (i.e.:Duxsoup, Sales Navigator, snov.io., etc.)
Experience with leading CRM tools (i.e.: Hubspot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.)
Experience working with Upwork and Linkedin.
Desire to develop professionally further as BDM.

It Will be a big plus:
Experience with Magento Commerce or Shopify production, or other PHP-based platforms
Proficient at Excel, Gsuite.

As Sales Manager at Arpo, you will:
Lead downstream sales for domestic and international markets, by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Working closely with a lead generator to bring up the clients and expand the portfolio of Arpo new customers.
Create offers and present them to potential customers.
Managing outreach campaigns.
Filling the CRM pipeline, analyze sales statistics.
Finding new sources of leads and set up the course for the company, formulate strategies.
