Head of sales department (offline)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT sales (outsource), preferably at least 1+ years in a leadership position;
- experience in closing transactions in the Enterprise segment;
- advanced level of English (both: speaking and in writing);
- KPIs experience, writing internal documentation;
- high level of leadership qualities, desire to take responsibility;
- ability to organize the work of the department, to set clear tasks for team.
Your responsibilities:
- organization of the work process of the sales department (in charge of 3 people);
- execution of department KPIs;
- advanced training of subordinates and training of new staff;
- leadgeneration (cold mailings, upwork bidding) and work with incoming clients;
- conducting a cycle of the agreement from the first contact to the signing of the contract;
- account management and support of projects in the process of cross-sale;
- active participation in the improvement of company's business processes;
- search for new sales strategies to attract new customers.
