Team Leader (C#) (offline)

Description:

We are looking for an SW team leader to lead our Kyiv-based team (2-3 engineers) to work with Global International Company. The Israeli-based company provides automated and technologically advanced solutions dedicated to enhancing production processes, increasing product yield and reliability, enabling and supporting customer’s latest technologies in the Semiconductors, Printed Circuit Boards (PCB), and IC Substrates industries.
Our client addresses the specific needs of these interconnected industries with dedicated solutions based on a wide and advanced platform of technologies including intelligent imaging, image processing, and functional 3D inkjet printing.

Requirements:

Over 15 years of experience as an SW engineer
At least 5 years of experience in C#
will be a plus to have experience with VB6 and C++
Good ability to get into existing code
Self-learning skills
Very good verbal and written English
Willing to come to Israel for training

Responsibilities:

Back-end development;
Provide technical assistance, mentorship, and guidance to team members;
Review and improve source code;
Communicate actively with the Product Owner and customers to clarify the project requirements.
