— 2+ years of experience in QA/engagement/BA/project management/sales is required;
— Knowledge, understanding, and experience with different methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
— Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC);
— Deep understanding of technical aspects (features, needs) of various business domains in the web and mobile development;
— Experience in the preparation and presentation of proposals and related project materials for the potential clients;
— Knowledge risk management and how to calculate risks;
— High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
— English upper intermediate level or higher;

— Ability to organize people and control the completing tasks on time;
— Collecting client demands in accordance with business needs (conducting a primary collection of demands and requirements, engaging Project Managers and developers to make the offer to a client)
— Managing and organizing the pre-sales team;
— Cooperating with the Project Management Office;
— Obtain detailed understanding of client business case and business needs;
— Risk calculation;
— Solution preparation (solution design);
— Preparing proposals;
— Preparing a resource plan;

As an Engagement Manager, you are going to work with client companies from various business spheres, such as media, education, consulting, financial services, e-commerce, etc.
It is a strategic position for us, which is like a portal between the Lead generation and development team.
