Sales Representative (BizDev) (offline)

Working closely with the Sales Operations and Lead Generation teams, you will need to demonstrate excellence in RFx management with a focus on generating new revenue streams.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with BizDev teams in Kiev and other locations in order to analyze and foster opportunities
Bring your input and strategies into our Lead Generation process;
Assess opportunities, respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations;
Establish long-term relationships with potential clients from Europe;
Analyze and understand the prospect’s business and challenges;
Cultivate relationships with both the clients and internal production teams;
Systematically identify and solve problems with clients;
Align with senior leadership to support sales plans and strategies;
Plan and document all sales-related activities into our CRM system.

Requirements:
3+ years of sales experience in IT or related field;
Fluent English;
Understanding of software development and sales processes;
Proven track record of successful sales.

Nice to have:
Experience in marketing and lead generation funnels;
Lead generation experience;
Knowledge of other foreign languages;
Ability to “talk shop” with both internal and customer software development teams.
