Business Development Manager (offline)
β advanced spoken and written English;
β experience in selling IT outsourcing services 1+ year is a must;
β experience in direct B2B sales, business development and selling services at C-level is a must;
β deep knowledge of IT outsourcing service development;
β outstanding negotiation, communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals;
β ability to attain targets;
β ability to solve complex problems;
β patient, methodical, and diligent approach to understanding client challenges;
β relationship building and cooperation skills, analytical, planning and organizing skills, creativity, problem-solving skills;
β ability to work under pressure;
β the high degree of responsibility, strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize needs;
β residency in an English speaking country for 1+ year will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
β active IT sales in international markets;
β lead generation through online research and/or personal networking;
β communication with customers, active participation in full sales cycle;
β identification of clientsβ business needs in software products and services;
β drafting of business proposals;
β building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
β negotiations with international clients;
β managing clientβs objections;
β active use of CRM system.
