Customer Support / Sales Specialist (offline)

Core Requirements:
- Excellent command of written English is a must (at least Upper-Intermediate)
- Hands-on experience in B2B Sales or Customer Support for the American, Canadian, Australian or British market
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to drive results
- Self-organization, strong analytical skills and common sense
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Exceptional typing skills with a minimum 40 wpm and 95% accuracy
- Flexibility regarding working schedule as well as ability to take night shifts
