Middle iOS Developer (offline)

Required Skills
— Strong knowledge and understanding of Swift programming language.
— Strong knowledge of tools (XCode) and debugging techniques.
— Good understanding of app architecture patterns (MVP, MVVM, VIPER, ..etc)
— Good understanding of refactoring techniques and principles. Ability to work with other people’s code and solve challenging tasks.
— Strong knowledge of Software Design Patterns (GoF), and SOLID, KISS, DRY Principles
— Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
— Understanding of network protocols (HTTP, UDP)
— Experience in building a client-server application using REST and JSON
— Solid experience of code versioning tools (Git, GitFlow)
— Experience with CI/CD pipelines (fastlane/ Jenkins)

Would be an advantage
— Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (Understanding how does it work, GATT protocol)
— Understanding discovery protocols such as UPnP and mDNS
— Experience with Android development (Kotlin/Java)
— Experience with google architecture components (LiveData, ViewModel, Pagination library, DataBinding, Room, WorkManager, ...etc)
— Experience with Kotlin coroutines
— Desire to dive deep in new technologies

The iOS application is one of the key elements of the LaMetric platform which allow users to setup Wi-Fi/BLE-enabled smart devices, install and configure mini apps on them.
