Senior JS Full-stack Developer (offline)

Project Overview:
Our client is a leading wholesale provider of reinsurance, insurance and other insurance-based forms of risk transfer, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. Dealing direct and working through brokers, its global client base consists of insurance companies, mid-to-large-sized corporations, and public sector clients. From standard products to tailor-made coverage across all lines of business.

Responsibilities:
• Developing user-facing applications using the latest version of Angular;
• Building modular and reusable components and libraries;
• Optimizing your application for performance;
• Implementing automated testing integrated into development and maintenance workflows;
• Staying up-to-date with all recent developments in the JavaScript and Angular space;
• Keeping an eye on security updates and issues found with Angular and all project dependencies;
• Proposing any upgrades and updates necessary for keeping up with modern security and development best practices.

Requirements:
• Highly proficient with Angular 5+ framework
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript for front-end development;
• Experience with NGRX, Angular Material
• Mapbox would be a plus
• Experience with Node.js and GraphQL; Docker, Terraform, Azure Cloud would be a plus
• Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3;
• Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code;
• Ability to work well on an individual basis and within a team; Be smart, ethical, friendly, cross-functional, hardworking and proactive.
• Practical experience of communication directly to the customer in English
