Sales Manager (offline)

Required skills & knowledge:
— The relevant experience.
— Ability to understand clients' needs and resolve conflict situations.
— Client-oriented & consultative approach.
— Excellent communication and presentation skills.
— Ability to organize processes.
— Desire to create ideas for the best propositions.
— Strong multitasking skills.

Your main responsibilities:
— Searching for clients to rent our spaces.
— Selling our spaces.
— Coordination of the renting / selling process.

Will be a plus:
— Organizing the events after the sale.
— Coordination of internal and external events after the sale.
