Senior Front-End Developer (offline)

Responsibilities:
Lead web application development
Technical evaluation of ongoing projects and new requests
Assist with system architectural decisions
Potentially mentorship and coaching of the development team to elevate team performance
Spearheading creation of the best practices policies and “know-how” for Beetroot developers


What we’re looking for:
5+ years of JavaScript experience
3+ years of experience with popular frameworks like React/Vue/Angular 2+
Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle
Experience working within scrum framework
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Demonstrable portfolio of projects
Microservices architecture knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
Passion, drive, energy, a sense of humor and a great attitude
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and verbal)

Bonus:
Experience with coaching and mentorship to elevate team performance
Familiarity with automated JavaScript testing
Experience with NodeJS
