Sales Manager (offline)

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a Sales Manager in outsource IT company (not product company);
- Advanced English Level;
- Deep understanding of SDLC;
- Deep understanding of Pipelines, Sales Funnels;
- Deep understanding of Sales Technics;
- Experience with LinkedIn sales channel (automation tools, Sales Navigator, etc);
- Experience with Upwork sales Channel (submitting proposals, understanding of Upwork payment models);
- Experience with Pipedrive and other CRM tools.

Responsibilities:
- Creating Sales Strategies and taking part in setting KPI for Sales Department;
- Creating messages chain;
- Lead growing;
- Communication with Leads;
- Conducting calls with Leads;
- Conducting Project Estimation with the Team;
- Creating and sending Proposals;
- Creating weekly/monthly reports;
- Conduct Project Estimation with the Team;
- Working with PipeDrive;
- Account Management.
