WE ARE
Global e-commerce sites for different regions that run common code base configurable for each particular region. Application is based on ASP.Net WebForms for backend; HTML, CSS, JavaScript for frontend and MS SQL Server as RDBMS. The application integrates with a number of 3rd party tools and services: Google Analytics, Live Chat, Sitecore CMS, Endeca products and is hosted on-premises.

Business logic is partially implemented on database side using Stored Procedures. 20% SPs are complex, 80% - quite simple. There are dedicated DB guys who can help with complex SPs, however ability to resolve basic tasks on DB level is expected from full stack engineer

One of the major tasks for UI dev – to make UI more responsive (including moving logic from backend to frontend)
• TFS
TFS is used as VCS, issue tracking, code review, CI/CD tools. Nightly builds are deployed to an integration environment. There are the following environments: QA, UAT, Disaster Recovery
