Technical Lead JS (React) (offline)

You are challenged to lead the front-end team and make the dreams of our gamers/users happen.

Requirements:

We expect you are 5+ years of JavaScript development experience, you are able to write high-quality code with a focus on user experience and performance and you are an expert in the following.

- Good knowledge of English is a must

Will be a plus if you have:

- Strong knowledge of best practices - a willingness to review code and provide feedback to other developers
- Ability to deal well with ambiguity
- Ability to provide time estimates and participate in the development
- Experience with management systems
- Ability to influence technical discussions and decisions
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and best practices
- Cooperation experience with business owners and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements and document solutions
- Ability to promote and influence direction on how to best solve business and technical problems
- Ability to lead and manage development teams. Willingness to collaborate with distributed teams
- Ability to quickly understand and work with unfamiliar complex code

Responsibilities:

- To act as a role model and mentor for other developers (mentoring and supporting team members)
- To drive architectural discussions for new applications
- Analyze, define and document requirements for data, workflow, and logical processes
- Analyze legacy jQuery parts of the project and plan a correct architecture for rebuilding them into modern React
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
