Middle-Senior UX/Product designer (offline)

Hey! We are looking for passionate designer that loves creating UX and UI
for the products. Our clients love us because we don't perform tasks, but help them create meaningful product experiences. You will be creating mobile apps, SaaS products. Seeking for UX-first designers, that are able to create products from scratch or improve existing ones. Soft skills and good command of english is expected :)

Ideal teammate :
Middle-Senior Level
3+ years of experience
UX focused (likes solving tasks vs moving pixels)
UX architecture - main skill
Preferred experience with fintech/dashboards.
Solid understanding of product lifecycle
Understands how UX solutions impact back and front end development.

If you have performed user testings - great. If you can create a product roadmap - amazing. If you worked with analytics - good!
