Lead Generation Specialist (offline)

We are looking for a talented lead generation specialist to join the ProCoders sales-team. Our current strategy is a mix of outbound and inbound channels, and we are seeking a creative individual to handle the immediate tasks of the outbound department.

You will be working alongside a sales manager who determines the tone of voice in the outbound campaigns, and a research specialist that provides you with all the necessary data for outreach campaigns.

- Write tasteful emails, initiate meaningful conversations on LinkedIn (we don't ask you write bids on UpWork :D)
- Collaborate with a sales manager in order to build outreach campaigns
- Analyze data and transform it into business proposals
- Generate prospects that convert in business opportunities

""We'd love to hear from you if:""

- Your English level is Upper-Intermediate or higher (written & spoken)
- You have at least 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation in the IT industry
- You know the specifics of the outsourcing business models
- You are an active team player with perfect communication skills
- You don't hesitate to check someone's twitter profile or a youtube channel before sending the first cold message
- You play a musical instrument (optional ;D)
- You are willing to complete a test task (necessary)
