Sales Manager (offline)

Requirements:
β€” Sales background in IT (2+ years)
β€” Experience in sales through Upwork
β€” Outstanding/Advanced English, both written and verbal
β€” Excellent networking, communication and negotiation skills
β€” Deep understanding of IT business and customers needs
β€” Strong knowledge of software development process
β€” Experience in sales through Linkedin/Events, other sources, and tools
β€” Proven successful sales track record (B2B)
β€” Proactive Team player, flexible, self-motivated, result-oriented

Will be a plus:
β€” Technical background in IT service/product company
β€” Experience in Public speaking/presentations pitch
β€” Familiarity with trending sales techniques and best practices

Responsibilities:
β€” Cover all sales cycle stages;
β€” Preparation and provision of commercial offers for potential clients;
β€” Communicate with decision makers and close the deals;
β€” Generate ideas on how to improve sales activity.
