German speaking art director (offline)

Your profile:
- Excellent concept creation, illustration, storyboarding & animation skills
- Attention to detail
- Outstanding animation showreel or portfolio
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Extensive knowledge of at least one 3D software
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong leadership skills
- Professional communication style

As a plus:
- Graphic design or UI/UX background
- Ability to work in our Lviv office

What you will do:
- Talk to clients to develop an artistic approach and style
- Generate clear ideas and concepts
- Produce sketches, storyboards, animatics to visualize ideas
- Develop detailed budgets and timelines
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to designers and animators and provide directions
- Lead the creative team across different types of moving and non moving media
- Review and approve designs, artwork and animation developed by other staff members
- Present completed ideas to clients/team members for approval
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
