Head of Sales (offline)

What is required?
- organization, planning, and coordination of the Sales department;
- conducting calls, presentations, offers to prospects converting them into closing deal;
- undertaking continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends;
- analytics of the results;
- manage lead generation team;
- drawing up a plan for the development of sales and product promotion;
- CRM maintenance and reporting;
- adjustment and adaptation of the sales funnel, client portrait, nurturing strategy;
- liaising with the marketing department to improve inbound and outbound sales strategies.

We expect from you:
- Min 2+ years of a proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth;
- proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- knows the full cycle of the lead generation and closing process, sourcing channels and automation tools of sales process;
- experience in increasing sales and increasing the company's profits;
- experience in bringing new products to the market;
- the ability to work a lot and usefully and teach others;
- English level at least Upper-Intermediate;
- ability to make a decision in a critical situation;
- strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire sales teams.
