Middle/Senior Full-Stack Engineer (offline)

WE ARE

Our technical platform is a monolith written in Grails with MySQL, Redis and SOLR in the backend. We are evolving the architecture into a decoupled, service-oriented system which is running on a container-orchestration system with CI/CD. Our frontend is being migrated from a dynamic web page app with lots of jQuery Ajax into a modern React/Redux single-page application. We are heavy users of AWS and currently use services like EC2, ELB, RDS, Amazon MQ and ElastiCache in our stack and we want to embrace AWS more in the future.

YOU ARE
• You have several years of professional experience as a full-stack developer working in an agile team
• Proficiency in JVM languages and frameworks (we use Groovy, Java, SpringBoot, Grails)
• Proficiency in jQuery, CSS, HTML
• Experience working with AWS, Solr and Docker
• Good communication, analytic and problem-solving skills.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Build great products for our customers in an iterative and test-driven way
• Perform SEO optimization of the application (analysis, design, coding and testing)
• Collaborate with our marketing, product management and the creative teams to understand business requirements
• Produce, maintain and enhance our applications in a high quality, clean and testable way
