Senior Fullstack Engineer [Ember.js/RoR] (offline)

Our client, US based company SimplePractice, is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join Kyiv R&D team (full time remote during COVID-19 restrictions, after - full time office)
SimplePractice is a cloud-based practice management software for Health Professionals that helps health & wellness professionals run their private practice.

Our ideal candidate:
• Has solid experience in at least one JavaScript Framework specifically Ember.js or React.js and the ecosystem around those frameworks
• Has extensive experience with Ruby on Rails applications development (position is focused on Frontend development and allows to expect candidates without mentioned RoR experience if they have experience with Ember.js)
• Working knowledge of managing MySQL/Postgres/Redis/NGINX
• Understands the value and nuances of Test Driven Development
• Eager to work with the product team to help understand customer needs, troubleshoot potential problems and define upcoming features

English skills: Intermediate+/Advanced

What You'll Do Day-to-Day
• Building out the next-generation practice management platform
• Collaborating with our Product team to help understand customer needs, troubleshoot potential problems and define upcoming features
• Write clean, efficient well-tested code that improves our codebase in meaningful ways
• Help diagnose problems and architecting solutions

3. Technical screen with TL of Kyiv team (online, ~1 hour)
4. Technical interview with LA/Kyiv engineering team (online, ~1-1,5 hours)
