✔️Strong knowledge of the design process and project management

✅ Key tasks and responsibilities
✔️ Ability to quickly understand, analyse, and respond to briefs
✔️ The creativity of output (innovation & beauty)
✔️ Lead the creative side of pitch projects and support the business development team with creative input, client meetings, presentations and proposal writings
✔️ Produce user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications.
✔️ Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
✔️ Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, project management, business and brand strategists, and hardware and software developers.
✔️ Project management: Risk assessment and management
✔️ Team satisfaction: Thought leadership, Resource utilisation management, Motivation and morale
