Senior C++ Game Developer (offline)

One of the leading Game development company, known worldwide, who has offices in 2 locations in Ukraine more than 10 years. The company charges 700+ employees in Ukraine. They are looking for a specialist in the Kiev studio, for interesting and entertaining game development project. According to tasks, the specialist will be versatile: the development of UI, logic, engine, server, retro, etc.

Key words would be: C++, Multithreading, STL, Algorithms, CPU, Windows, GameDev

Position: Senior C++ Game Developer . Location – Kyiv.

Requirements:

5+ experience with C++
Used to write optimized code (CPU, memory)
Experience with multi-threaded/multi-CPU environment
Knowledge of code optimization techniques
Capability to analyze complex code and find non-trivial solutions
Attention to details and desire to get things done
Problem-solving and open minded
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
Ability to work under pressure
English – intermediate or higher
Responsibilities:

Game development and support
Code analyze and propose effectual solutions
Write code with focus on performances and memory usage
Maintain a high SW quality, find and fix bugs
Work with designers, testers and programmers
Write documentation to transfer the knowledge to team members
Take part in communication when problem found
Propose improvements to the developed products
