Tech Team Lead (Rust) (offline)

The Role

We have multiple development teams, focused on different aspects of the platform. As a Team Lead you will be responsible for:

- Design of the architecture in your areas of responsibility.
- Leading the implementation efforts.
- Engineering processes and culture.
- Code quality management.
- Professional growth of the team members.
- Excellent English.

Your Profile

What we expect from you:

- Fluency in Rust, C++, Golang or similar languages. We are working primarily with Rust.
- Strong background in math, algorithms and data structures (please only apply if you are at ease with this requirement).
- Deep understanding of software engineering best-practices.
- Ownership mindset and a track record of successfully accomplished projects.
- A big advantage will be experience in cryptography / networking / protocols design.
