Head of Sales (offline)

Requirements:
β€” Min 2+ years of a proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in the business (preferably in B2C direct sales of IT-solutions, services, or products).
β€” Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire sales teams.
β€” Excellent communication and presentation skills.
β€” Ability to resolve conflict situations, client-oriented & consultative approach.
β€” Strong multitasking skills.
β€” CRM using experience.
β€” A proactive position with an entrepreneurial spirit.
β€” Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
β€” Fluent written and spoken Ukrainian, Russian & English.

Responsibilities:
β€” Selling the product and demonstrating results.
β€” Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
β€” Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
β€” Continual training and development of all members of the sales team.
β€” Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
β€” Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
β€” Performing all kinds of sales work: phone calls, video-presentations for potential customers, conducting on-line & off-line negotiations with customers in the interests of the company.
β€” Reporting on sales performance against results.

You will get:
β€” Flexible schedule. The working day should start between 8 β€” 10:30 am
β€” Vacation. 15 working days of vacation per year + min 7 days for the winter holidays
