Java Team Lead (offline)

Requirements:
At least 5+ years of professional experience in java development
Demonstrated and proven technical leadership experience
Extensive experience with Spring and Microservices
Deep understanding of architecture
Good problem-solving, people management and communication skills
Upper-intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:
Take the end-to-end leadership over-delivering solutions
Planning and estimating projects or tasks
Apply good design principles best practices and coding standards
Conduct code and design reviews
Building a system in the spirit of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
