Sales Manager (offline)

Required skills
β€” 2+ years of sales or marketing related experience;
β€” Fluent written and spoken English with excellent English comprehension skills;
β€” Understanding of IT terminology and modern startup system;
β€” Experience working with Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, CRM system;
β€” Experience working with tools like CRM, Google Drive, Slack etc.
β€” Highly organized, self-discipline and able to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.
β€” Result-oriented and persistent, with proactive position, ready to search and learn new search systems and new platforms;
β€” Strong Analytical and search skills;
β€” Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus

Responsibilities
β€” Outreaching to potential clients via LinkedIn, Email, Angel List, etc.
β€” Research and explore new lead generation channels
β€” Pursuing new business opportunities through handwritten notes, cold calling, referrals, and networking through social media;
β€” Position yourself to understand the marketing needs of small businesses and enterprises.
β€” Set-up face to face meetings for sales people in the US;

CyberCraft is a fast-growing and charismatic software development and outstaffing company. We have proven success and experience in building Dedicated Development Teams of different sizes for our international customers.

At the beginning, you will be working with our CEO (lead generating manager β€” until the call with a potential client, CEO from the moment of the call to the signing of the agreement).
After successful start we are planning to hire 1-2 lead generator managers, and you will lead the sales team. You will lead the search process from the beginning to the end.
