Now we are looking for a Senior React developer / Team Lead for our new project - the global platform for coaches, where they can organize their work.

In our team you will:
- Create architecture solutions for new and existing projects;
- Lead the front-end team (4+ junior-to-mid/middle front-end developers)
- Apply best practices;
- Make important technical decisions;
- Improve and support the current product code.

We are working with:
- ESNext, Babel;
- React, Redux, MobX, Typescript;
- HTML, JSX;
- Styled components, SASS;
- Webpack, Create React App;
- REST APIs;
- Browser APIs: WebRTC, Canvas, audio/video etc;
- Websocket, SignalR;
- Git.

We are waiting for:
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development;
- 3+ years of experience with React;
- Node.js will be a plus;
- Upper-intermediate level of English;
- Great interpersonal communication and analytical skills
- Experience in a product company will be a plus.

Interview steps:
- HR interview by skype (15-20 min)
- Technical interview + PM (on-site/skype, about 1 hour)
- Interview with CEO (on-site/skype, about 30 min).
