Lead .Net Back-end Software Engineer (offline)

Our client is a molecular information company dedicated to a transformation in cancer care in which treatment is informed by a deep understanding of the genomic changes that contribute to each patient's unique cancer. The company's clinical assays for solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, and sarcomas, provide a comprehensive genomic profile to identify the molecular alterations in a patient's cancer and match them with relevant targeted therapies and clinical trials. Company’s molecular information platform aims to improve day-to-day care for patients by serving the needs of clinicians, academic researchers and drug developers to help advance the science of molecular medicine in cancer.

On this role, you will have an opportunity to lead a development team which is currently developing enterprise-level middleware for a bunch of internal and external applications. The team consists of 10+ people totally, including Business Analysts, Functional & Automation Testers, Developers, as well as BA Lead, Automation QA Lead to take care of respective scope of work.

REQUIREMENTS
• 4+ years of experience in back-end development
• Proficiency in Docker containerization
• Vast experience in .Net/.NET Core
• Profound knowledge of Entity Framework
• Expertise in ASP.NET MVC Framework
• Strong leadership skills and 2+ years’ experience of leading a team
• Good understanding of Scrum, Agile ceremonies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to clearly express thoughts, ideas
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (B2+)
• Understanding of main KPIs for team productivity

NICE TO HAVE
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure infrastructure
• Experience in microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Blue-Green deployments
• Experience in middleware API development
