.NET Team lead (offline)

Required:
- At least 5 years of experience in Software Development;
- At least 2 years of leading experience: task decomposition, mentoring, code review, project communication, issue resolution, risk management;
- Strong C# experience (.NET 4.6/4.7 and .NET Core)
- Solid understanding of OOP/OOD;
- Experienced with microservices design;
- Experience with modern JS Frameworks — Angular2+, ReactJS would be a plus;
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus;
- Good spoken and written English.

- Ability to work under pressure with ‘can do’ attitude and solid sense for setting priorities
- A persistent focus on delivery in a high-velocity and high-availability environment

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3-5 members;
- Provide technical assistance, mentorship, and guidance to team members;
- Review and improve source code written by developers to meet the project coding standards;
- Research and use new technologies to find more efficient ways to solve specific issues;
- Communicate with Product owner/BA and customer to clarify the project requirements.

About the project: The products are meant for doctors and medical personnel in order to arrange, manage, and perform therapies with patients, as well as provide patients with payments from their respective insurance companies according to received treatment.
