Account manager (offline)

Your responsibilities:

β€’β€Ž Actively engage with leads and customers, providing product information and informing them on the product information and details, making demos, ensuring closure of the sale and launch of the deal
β€’β€Ž Achieve growth and hit sales targets
β€’β€Ž Ensure constant communication, and follow up with potential leads and active customers
β€’β€Ž Find new opportunities for business through existing clients
β€’β€Ž Build a strong relationship with existing clients and help them through the usage of our products
β€’β€Ž Grow channel sales and recruit new channel partners. Ensure a solid commercial foundation for each deal
β€’β€Ž Provide extensive expertise and information about the products to the clients through product demonstration, analytics, and presentations
β€’β€Ž Coordinate launch project with the technical team
β€’β€Ž Ensure that the clients pay in time

Requirements to candidates:

β€’β€Ž The ideal candidate will have 1βˆ’2 years working experience as an account manager or sales manager for software or IT company
β€’β€Ž Excellent English communication skills β€” both verbal and written (Fluent or C1+)
β€’β€Ž Strong ability to drive the sales process from start to the finish
β€’β€Ž Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
β€’β€Ž Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
β€’β€Ž Familiarity with CRM practices and the ability to build productive business professional relationships
