Coop's IAM department is an incredibly mature department, with a very well-developed IAM and Access Management concept implemented across the entire Coop's vast system landscape, where we service 40,000 internal employees. We work hard to develop new solutions while ensuring stable operation and a user experience for all our employees and customers to easily take on.

As an IAM Architect your main task will be the configuration and design of Coop's Identity and Access Management solution, NetIQ. In this role, it is therefore important that you have solid experience with NetIQ's IAM platform, as well as understand how technology is linked to specific business needs, in a complicated business.

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of experience working in IAM domain

Deep knowledge of Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity and Access Governance (IAG) and understanding why the 3 concepts are mentioned separately

Experience working with NetIQ Designer

Hands on experience working with Identity Federation Services

Experience working with Microsoft platform

Have a drive that makes you passionate about the area and would like to get better

Convenient to advise stakeholders within the IAM domain

Ability to work in a distributed team as well as on your own

Good written and spoken English level

WOULD BE A PLUS:

Good knowledge of JDBC and SQL, Java

Knowledge of SOAP/ REST services

Knowledge of AD, LDAP, eDirectory

Project management experience

Availability for a business trips to Copenhagen

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Configuring roles, assignments, and minor customizations in the NetIQ platform.

Design and architecture of integration between the platform and target systems

Changes to workflows and processes

Design and implementation of IAM at Coop

Dialogue and needs alignment with business stakeholders

Documentation of processes and integration

Development of design documentation and system bills for integrations

Testing developed solutions

Act as primary sparring partner for IAM Product Owner
