Lead Generation Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
Generating business leads the inbound/outbound way;
Attracting and converting prospects into leads;
Building up effective communications with prospects via social media (Linkedin etc);
Search and analyze information on potential or existing customers and markets;
Working with cold emails automation tools;
Working with CRM daily;
Work closely with the Business Development Manager in order to deliver the Lead Generation plans;
Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within focus markets and target companies;
Organization and supporting Road Show.

Requirements:
Upper-Intermediate English and higher;
Experience in Lead Generation ( at least 0,5 year);
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies;
Understanding of SDLC;
Understanding negotiation and sales process;
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Attention to detail: ability to find the right information
Self-organization and time management skills;
