UX/UI Designer with HTML / CSS experience (offline)

We are looking for a UX/UI design professional to help bring our new products vision to life. Major tasks managed are: Creating wireframes, mockups, creating high-quality graphics, test designs for usability/quality and improve overall UX of products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in digital, graphic design, related field or minimum 5 years of experience in professional design experience preferably at a digital agency or startup that scaled.
• Strong portfolio of design work
• Able to invision concepts through wireframes and translate them to mockups and designs
• Deep knowledge with Web design processes
• Good understanding of design visuals, culture
• Solid experience with HTML, CSS
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability
• Strong attention to detail
• Good time management
• Proficient with Adobe XD

A plus:

• Open source experience/blockchain experience
• Practice and interest in public speaking welcome

Key responsibilities:

• Design wireframes and mockups
• Manage and produce high quality graphic that will be used across products
• Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points.
• Work with development team to ensure designs are implemented properly
• Test designs usability and quality
• Propose and implement ideas how to improve overall UX
• Provide design support to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics
