Product Designer (offline)

Demands:
- Work experience as Web designer 3+ years;
- Work experience as Product designer 1+ year;
- Understanding the principles and methodologies of UI / UX;
- Experienced in Photoshop;
- Understanding of design and Web usability;
- Understanding of design tools like Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD;
- Precision and attention to details.
- Experience with Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Adobe AfterEffects;
- Experience in creating design for mobile applications and games;
- Good English level.

Responsibilities:
- Design for Mad Rabbit core products (B2C products) within native apps and web experiences for desktop and mobile.
- Prototype new features and UX flows.
- Address both product and business goals through user-centric design solutions.
- Ship, measure and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and customer support to define user problems, create interactive prototypes, and launch new features.
- Present and defend design solutions to your team and internal stakeholders.
