Chatbot Developer (offline)

Responsibilities:
— Understand our business goals to propose best approaches to implement Facebook messenger marketing in our current strategy, along with our channels;
— Design visual flows & build AI-powered chatbots with automated replies, follow-up sequences, broadcast scheduling, growth tools creation and integration with our current system;
— Implement the chatbot to run campaigns and monitor the process with our team to make sure everything goes as planned;
— Continuously tracking & segmenting customers to build out specific funnels that allow us to nurture leads to monitor their purchasing patterns;
— Generate regular reporting analytics to provide deep analysis of the bot's performance, campaign results, and use reports to strategize further actions to boost conversions;
— Keep high open & click rates to consistently increase our ROI on all of our Chatbot campaigns;
— Strategize the best growth practices to attract consumers to our messenger bots;
— Perform user research and evaluate user feedback;
— Stay up-to-date with the latest chatbot trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:
— 2+ years experience with working with ManyChat to build chatbots, chatbot workflows, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps;
— Knowledge of the most common Automated Flows such as: Lead Capture, Loyalty Flow, Promotional Flow, Live Chat, FAQ Flow, and Retargeting Flows;
— Experienced with HTML, CSS and Javascript;
— Сreating conversational experiences to engage with our customers and bring the exceptional customer service we continuously deliver;
— Upper-intermediate level of English and higher.

Will be a plus:
— Experienced in Machine learning algorithms and implementations;
— Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach;
— Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;
— Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related majors.
