Lead Generation Specialist / Lead Researcher (offline)

Required Skills:
- English - at least upper-intermediate (advanced is desirable)
- Knowledge of the most prominent market trendsl
- Experience of using different outbound and lead-gen tools and databases
- Experience in IT industry (ideally, IT-outsorcing)
- Experience in sales is desirable
- Regional experience - EU, USA
- Data Science and AI knowledge would be an advantage
- Understanding of marketing pipeline
- Ability to qualify leads
- Ability to write sales copies
- A/b testing copies, lead gen tools

Responsibilities:
- Research, reach out prospects and drive them towards a phone call or F2F meeting
- Focus on specific verticals
- Initiate conversations with prospects
- Assist with prospect nurturing if needed
- Develop, test, implement and improve outbound sequences
- Collaborate with marketing department
