B2B Account Manager (offline)
Responsibilities:
β’ Identify and analyze market trends and changing needs of your customers and then translate them into tasks to be undertaken by divisions within the company
β’ Optimize customer performance through marketing and site optimization
β’ Push forward the business needs of the company with the client, finding the optimal balance between the clientβs needs and those of the company
β’ Growing Revenue.
Requirements:
β’ At least 2 years' experience in Account Management of international customers in the Online Gaming Industry. A Must
β’ Excellent English level (written and spoken). A Must
β’ Previous experience in an Internet company (company selling integration services -big advantage)
β’ BA/BS degree
β’ Client-facing work experience
β’ WordPress experience/ basic HTML knowledge β preferable β an advantage
β’ Previous experience in Project Management β an advantage
β’ Previous sales experience - an advantage
β’ Familiar with Microsoft Office (namely Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and work well under pressure.
β’ High business and service orientation
β’ Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
β’ Strong team player, excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail oriented.
