Senior .NET Developer (offline)

Project Description:
The project team is closely working with Digital Industrial company, operating in 160 countries and providing solutions in energy, healthcare, and transportation.
The team develops and supports Continuous Integration infrastructure to the Energy Management products family to satisfy customers by early and reliable delivery of high quality software that improves energy management capabilities and enables significant energy savings.
WAMS is a Smart Grid solution for system operators and power transmission companies. As power companies face ever-increasing pressure to operate power systems closer to limits. Phasor-based WAMS can enable an operator to quickly localize potential instability issues and take prompt action to avoid a wider disturbance in the grid.
Ideally we need strong .Net Core Developer with Microservices, Containerization, Docker and Kubernetes experience.


Responsibilities:
∙ As a senior developer you will lead and guide the team for implementation and best practices
∙ Implement and show the approach by examples to the team and resolve any implementation roadblocks for the teams
∙ Implement .Net Core/Java Microservices
∙ Implement Asp.net Core Microservices
∙ Implement RESTful microservices
∙ Containerize/Dockerize Microservices on Linux/Windows environment
∙ Write automated unit tests, integration tests and load tests
∙ Write Container specs/manifests for the microservices
∙ Write Kubernetes manifests for the microservices
∙ Deploy and test in kubernetes environment
∙ Write automation scripts
∙ Experience with Messaging technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka etc.), message consumers and asynchronous processing
∙ Daily communication with customer


Mandatory Skills:
∙ Proven experience with .NET Core microservices
∙ Experience with script languages: Groovy/Powershell/cmd/sh/Perl.
∙ Hands-on experience with git
∙ Agile Methodologies/Scrum/Kanban
∙ Knowledge in Jenkins / TeamCity
∙ Good troubleshooting and investigation skills.
∙ Knowledge of security


Nice-to-Have Skills:
∙ Experience with Java/Spring microservice
∙ Good soft-skills


Languages:
English: Upper-intermediate
