Senior/middle UX Designer (offline)

We are Berlin Labs — a young, creative, and fast-growing IT company based in Kharkiv.

We are looking for a senior and middle level UX designers for our client for a 3-month project.
Bring your professional experience to a new level by working on a cool project in Dubai!

You are a perfect fit for us if you possess:

Min 6+ years experience.
Working on enterprise-level projects (large scale, multiple stakeholders, long term).
Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
Understanding of design principles, design ops is fundamental.
Be able to lead the design and work with, and manage other team members.
Excellent team working and collaboration skills.
Excellent understanding of global best practices.
Excellent understanding and practice of user experience tools and methodologies:
— Customer Journeys
— Experience Design
— Design Thinking
— User-Centered Design / HCD
— Wire-framing
— Information & Application Architecture
— Prototyping
Experience working in design sprints and Agile/SCRUM.
Experience working with front-end developers is a must.
Collaborative experience working with cross-border teams
Experience in front-end technologies a plus.
Ability to work within technical constraints and limitations.
Ability to interpret backlog stories into tasks.
Ability to read and understand business requirement documents and translate to actions.
Tools: Sketch, Miro Boards Jira, Confluence, Abstract, Zeplin, Marvel

We offer an opportunity to work on a cool international project.

This position implies working on the customer’s side in Dubai for 3 months, therefore you should be available to travel. We cover and take care of everything: documents, work visa, hotels, flights.
