C# Developer (offline)

What is the necessary skill set?

— 2+ years of experience as C# Developer
— experience in technologies: C#, SQL, API’s
— knowledge of XML and JSON
— knowledge of web standards and technologies including accessibility compliance
— English — upper-intermediate

— professional work ethic, respectful, positive
— an excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to liaise confidently with developers, internal/external teams at all levels to establish what the problem is and explain an appropriate solution, identify requirements

What should you do?

— improve the development process
— perform application styling
— provide an estimate for projects
— communicate with the foreign clients and development team
— build project’s architecture
— generate ideas and ways of project’s implementation
— be responsible for backend development
— ensure that the development stages and processes are adhered to
— troubleshoot portal application problems, diagnosing and solving software faults
